The Cop And The Hooker (excerpt)
_
Ben washed himself thoroughly, tossed
the towel back on the rack and zipped up. He came back into the room
and there was Cody holding his wallet.
“You’re a cop? A fucking cop? What is this – a set up? You filming this or something?”
“Yeah, I’m a fucking cop but this is no set up.” He picked his shirt up off the chair and shouldered into it buttoning it casually over his broad chest.
Cody stared at him for a minute then reached into his pocket and pulled out the money Ben had given to him when they first got into the hotel room, stuck it in the wallet, and tossed it back to him.
“No crime was committed here,” Ben said as he put on his shoes. “Just two consenting adults spending a little time together and if one should happen to give the other a little car fare money, I can’t see as it’s anyone’s business.” He tossed the two hundred-dollar bills back on the foot of the bed nearest Cody.
Cody scooped the money up and stuck it in his jeans. “Are you for real?”
“I am. No cameras, no tape recorders whirling away in some hidden spot, no vice squad waiting to pounce. Just one horny cop needing a little company and you were kind enough to oblige. Thank you.” He stood and reached for his jacket.
“You’re not arresting me?”
“What for? Giving me an evening that I won’t soon forget?” He reached out and pulled Cody to him and kissing him soundly. “I’d like very much to see you again. Is that possible?”
“I … I don’t know. I’m pretty busy.” Cody stalled; not at all sure he wanted a cop as a repeat customer. He was pretty damn good though, Cody thought, and the pay is certainly right. “Maybe … if … I mean … what happens if you get caught?”
“I don’t know. Are you thinking about turning me in?” He smiled an indulgent smile at the green-eyed beauty standing in front of him.
“NO!” Cody shook his head and stepped back a bit. He needed to put a little space between them. This guy sure was different. “I have no great desire to get locked up for … for having a little fun.”
